How to Measure Your Foot
- Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor and stand on it with your heel touching a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe (usually the big toe) with a pencil.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres — this is your foot length.
- Measure at the end of the day when feet are at their largest.
- If your two feet differ in length, use the measurement of the larger foot.

Foot-Width & Fit Guidance
Most Crocs clogs are built on a standard-to-wide last. Use the notes below to guide your choice:
- Narrow feet: Consider sizing down by one size, or use the heel strap in the back position to reduce heel slip.
- Standard / medium feet: Choose your measured size as the starting point.
- Wide feet: Your measured size should fit comfortably. If the toe box feels tight, try sizing up by one.
- Very wide or high-volume feet: Size up by one and remove the heel strap for a relaxed, open-back fit.
Model-by-Model Fit Notes
| Model | Last / Fit Profile | Sizing Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Classic Clog | Roomy, wide toe box | True to size for most. Narrow feet: consider sizing down one. |
| LiteRide 360 Clog | Slightly more structured; LiteRide foam is firmer underfoot | True to size. If between sizes, size up for all-day comfort. |
| Echo Clog | Roomier fit, similar to Classic | True to size. Narrow feet may prefer sizing down one. |
| Crocband Full Force Clog | Slightly snugger through the midfoot than Classic | If between sizes, size up. Wide feet should size up one. |
| Classic Yukon Vista II | Sandal/clog hybrid; strap adds security | True to size. Strap can be adjusted to fine-tune fit. |
| Mellow Recovery Clog | Relaxed, cushioned; open-cell foam compresses more | True to size. If you want a firmer feel, size down one. |
Unisex Sizing — Women Buying Men's Sizes
Crocs uses a unisex sizing system. Women typically size down by 1.5 to 2 sizes from their usual women's UK size to find the equivalent men's/unisex Crocs size. Example: a UK Women's 7 is approximately a UK Men's 5–5.5 in Crocs.

Adjacent-Size & Between-Size Advice
- Crocs are available in whole sizes only. If you measure between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for clogs worn with socks or for wide feet, and sizing down for narrow feet or a snugger fit.
- A well-fitting Crocs clog typically has 5–10 mm of space in front of your longest toe.
- If you plan to wear socks, size up by one for a comfortable fit.
- Children grow quickly — consider sizing up by one for room to grow, but avoid more than one size up as excess length can cause trips.
All size guidance above is based on published Crocs size information. Individual fit preferences vary.
