How to Use Your Entimessi Store Credit

Using your Entimessi store credit is super easy! Just follow these simple steps to redeem it during your next purchase.

Step 1: Log-in to Your Account

To use your store credit, you'll need to be logged in to your Entimessi account before or during checkout. You can log in by clicking the account icon (user.png) at the top of our homepage. You'll just need your email and the secure one-time passcode (OTP) we send to it.

Step 2: Shop Your Favorite Styles

Browse our latest collections and add your favorite Entimessi pieces to your cart.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Once you're ready, head to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Step 4: Apply Your Store Credit

In the payment section of the checkout page, you'll see your available store credit displayed as an option. Simply select the option to "Apply Store Credit".

Step 5: See Your Savings!

The full amount of your store credit will be automatically deducted from your order total. If there's any remaining balance, you'll see it clearly displayed.

Important Things to Remember:

• You must be logged in: For security, store credit is typically linked to the customer's account and can only be accessed when logged in.
• Full amount only: When you apply your store credit, the full available amount will be used. You cannot choose to use a partial amount.
• Online store only: Your store credit is valid for purchases on our online store. It cannot be used for draft orders, edited orders, B2B transactions, or other sales channels.
• Subscriptions: You can use store credit for the initial purchase of a subscription, but not for recurring subscription bills.
