• COD orders are processed within 24-48 hours after COD verification.
• Order processing does not occur on weekends or holidays.

• Free shipping on all pre-paid orders & COD orders above ₹999.
• COD orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹99 COD handling fee.
• COD is not available for orders above ₹1,999.
• Estimated delivery time within India is 5-7 business days (excluding dispatch date).
• Northeastern states may experience delivery times of 1-2 additional days.
• Remote locations may have extended delivery times.
• You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's status.
• Delivery delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods.
