Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Sure, you can! You don't have to sign up to place orders, but if you do, you can keep an eye on your orders, see what you've bought before, ask for refunds, and get special offers.

How do I sign up or get into my account?

It's easy! Just tap on the little profile icon in the top right corner. A page for logging in will pop up. Put in your email address, and we'll send you a one time verification code to that email. Type in the code, and you're in your account! You don't need to make or remember a password.

Are there any restrictions on how much I can order?

There's no limit on how many different things you can add to your shopping cart. But to keep things fair for everyone, you can only order a maximum of 2 units of the same product at a time. If you're looking to buy a larger quantity, we call that a "bulk order." Just shoot us an email at care@entimessi.com and we can help you out!

I haven't gotten my order confirmation yet. Where can I find it?

No worries! When you place an order on Entimessi, the confirmation usually gets sent straight to your email address. It should arrive within 24 hours. If it doesn't show up in your inbox by then, there might be a glitch with your order. But before you contact us, there's a quick check you can do. Sometimes, emails like these land in your spam or junk folder by mistake. So, have a look there first. If it's still missing after checking your spam folder, then just shoot an email to care@entimessi.com and our team will be happy to help!

Why did my order get cancelled?

We only cancel orders for a few reasons, like if there's a mix-up with the delivery address you gave us, the item isn't in stock anymore, or you yourself requested a cancellation.  If you think our mistake led to the cancellation, shoot us an email at care@entimessi.com. We'll do our best to get your order back on track and deliver it to you as soon as possible!

How can I cancel my Entimessi order?

We know mistakes happen!  You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. To cancel, shoot an email to care@entimessi.com. Make sure to mention your name, order number, and your phone number in the email. Heads up! Once your order leaves our warehouse, we can't cancel it.

Can I modify my order, like change the colour, size, or delivery address?

Sure, but there's a catch! You can change things like the colour, size, or delivery address within 4 hours of placing the order. If you're past that mark, shoot us an email at care@entimessi.com and we'll see what we can do. Once we start working on your order, we can't make any changes.

But remember, this is only for small changes. If you want more stuff or a different product altogether, you'll need to place a whole new order online. 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We usually start processing your order within 48 hours after you place it.We don't process orders on weekends or holidays, but you might still get your delivery on those days.

Delivery usually takes 6-8 days (not counting the day we ship it) anywhere in India. It might take an extra 1-2 days if you live in one of the northeastern states. If you live in a remote area, it could take even longer.

We'll let you know if there are any unexpected delays that are out of our control.

Where can I get my order delivered?

We deliver to almost all locations within India. Unfortunately, we don't ship to other countries right now.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for pre-paid orders. However, if you choose to pay when you receive your order (called "Cash on Delivery" or "COD"), there's a small fee of ₹99 for orders up to ₹999. Unfortunately, we can't offer COD for orders over ₹2,999.

How can I track my order?

We'll keep you updated on your order's journey. Once you place your order, we'll send you emails with information about when it's shipped and delivered. In those emails, you'll find a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order online.

Do you offer Open-box delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't offer open-box delivery at the moment. While we understand the importance of verifying high-value orders before accepting them, our current delivery partners are unable to provide this service.

As soon as we're able to offer open-box delivery for high-value purchases, you'll have the option to select it on the Order Summary page. We'll keep you updated on any changes.

What if I'm not available when my order arrives at my place??

Don't worry! If you're not there to receive your package, the delivery person will usually try to contact you by phone or leave a notice. If they can't reach you, our customer service team will send you reminders. They'll make three delivery attempts.

If the delivery person can't deliver your order after three tries, they'll send it back to us. This means your order will be canceled, and we'll refund your money to the original payment method within 14 business days.

What if something's missing from my order?

We get it - mistakes happen! Even though our team double-checks everything before sending your order (except for canceled items, of course), sometimes things might slip through the cracks.

If you notice something missing, don't worry! Just shoot us an email right away at care@entimessi.com with a copy of your invoice, and we'll get that missing item shipped out to you ASAP.

Returns/ Exchange

Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely! You can return or exchange your items within 7 days of receiving them.

For returns:

  • Items must be unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
  • You may need to provide photos or videos of any issues or damage.
  • To return, you can either request a refund on your store profile or fill out our Return/Exchange Request Form.
  • We'll process your refund within 14 days of approval, sending it back to the payment method you used.

For exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
  • You may need to provide photos or videos of the items.
  • To exchange for a different size or color (if available), fill out our Return/Exchange Request Form.

 

How can I return something I bought?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Just let us know you want to return it, and we'll check if it's okay. If it is, we'll send someone to pick it up from your place. Make sure the item is still in its original box and hasn't been damaged. We'll pay for the shipping cost to return the item.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or if I don't like it?

Damaged or Faulty Product:

  • Chill, we've got your back! If your order arrives looking worse for wear or not working properly, take a few pictures of the product with your phone.
  • Email our superheroes: Send the photos along with a quick explanation of the issue to our customer service team at care@entimessi.com. Do this within 2 days of receiving your order, so we can fix it ASAP.
  • We'll reply in a jiffy: You can expect a response from our team within 48 hours.

Products You Don't Like:

  • No worries, it happens! If you change your mind about the product for any reason, no sweat! We'll happily accept it back. But there are a few conditions:
    • The product should look brand new, just like you got it.
    • It should be in its original packaging, with all the tags and labels still attached.
  • Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive the return, we'll offer you a refund or exchange (there might be some exceptions, so check our Return & Exchange Policy for the details).

How long does it take to return an item?

It depends on the delivery company that picks up your return. Once we get it back, we'll let you know by email. We try to process refunds within three days of getting the item back, but it might take a few more days for your bank to put the money back into your account.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using many different ways, like credit or debit cards, online banking, digital wallets, UPI payments, or even monthly installments (EMI) or buy now pay later (BNPL).

We use trusted payment partners [Razorpay/ Phonepe] to make sure your payment is safe and secure.

Can I pay with cash when my order arrives?

Yes, you have the option to pay with cash when your order is delivered to your address if the total amount is less than ₹2,999. However, there's a ₹99 fee associated with this cash on delivery (COD) service, which is non-refundable. Please note that COD is not available for orders that are ₹2,999 or more.

How can I get a refund?

Once your refund is approved, you'll receive your refund in your original mode of payment. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-14 business days.

What if I paid cash on delivery (COD) and want a refund?

If you paid with cash when you got the order, and you want your money back, we'll send you an email asking for your bank account information. Once we approve your refund, we'll put the money back into your account. It should take between 7 days for the money to show up in your bank.

Can I change how I get my refund?

Unfortunately, you can't. Once you've placed an order and paid for it, the refund will be sent back to the same method you used to pay. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will go back to that card. 

If you paid cash on delivery (COD), you'll need to give us your bank account details, and the refund will be sent to your bank. Once we have these details, we can't change them.

 
 

When will I get my refund?

We usually send your refund within 3 days after we get your item back and the seller approves to it. 

We send out refunds twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. But if a bank holiday falls on one of those days, we'll do it the next workday. Keep in mind that your bank might take a few days to put the money back into your account.

Please wait at least 14 days after we get your return before contacting us about your refund. We'll send you a confirmation email when we've processed your refund.

Misc

Is my information safe on Entimessi?

Absolutely! We take your privacy very seriously. Our website uses a strong security lock to protect your data, and we never save your secret payment details. For more information, check out our Privacy Policy.

Is Entimessi safe for online shopping?

Absolutely! We take your safety very seriously. Our website has a special lock (SSL encryption) to protect your information. We never keep your secret payment details. Entimessi will never ask you for your CVV, OTP, or UPI PIN.

If someone calls, texts, or WhatsApps you pretending to be from Entimessi, don't share any private details. Tell the police right away about this. You can also call 1930 or go to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal to report the problem.

The best way to reach our customer service team is by email at care@entimessi.com. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Here's why email is preferred: When you contact us by email, it creates a record of our conversation. This helps us ensure everything is clear and documented for both you and Entimessi.

FYI: While we appreciate phone calls and WhatsApp messages, we kindly ask that you don't use them for discussions about refunds, exchanges, or other official matters. These are best handled through email for clarity and documentation purposes.
