Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy! That's why we offer a cancellation window for your peace of mind.

Here's what you need to know:

Cancelling Your Pre-paid Order:

  • Change your mind within 6 hours? No problem! Just email us at care@entimessi.com  within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Need to modify your order? You can do this ONCE within 6 hours of placing your order, or BEFORE your order ships from our warehouse (whichever comes first).

Cancelling Your Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Plans change, we get it! If you've placed a COD order and want to cancel it, simply log in to your account and visit the order status page. You can cancel your order by clicking the CANCEL button within 24 hours of placing it. Don't worry, we understand.

Important Note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we can't accept cancellation requests.

Have a Dispute?

If you receive your order and something's not right, we want to help! Please email us at care@entimessi.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Briefly explain the issue and include your name, order number, and product details. After 2 days, we may still be able to assist you, but it will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
