Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy! That's why we offer a cancellation window for your peace of mind.
Here's what you need to know:
Cancelling Your Order:
- Change your mind within 6 hours? No problem! Just email us at care@entimessi.com within 6 hours of placing your order. OR you can cancel BEFORE your order ships from our warehouse (whichever comes first).
- Need to modify your order? You can do this ONCE within 6 hours of placing your order, or BEFORE your order ships from our warehouse (whichever comes first).
Cancelling Your Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Things can change! If you placed a COD order, you'll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. Simply reply CANCEL to this message within 24 hours to cancel your order. Don't worry, we understand.
- If you don't respond to our COD confirmation message within 24 hours, your COD order will be automatically cancelled.
Important Note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we can't accept cancellation requests.
Have a Dispute?
If you receive your order and something's not right, we want to help! Please email us at care@entimessi.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Briefly explain the issue and include your name, order number, and product details. After 2 days, we may still be able to assist you, but it will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
